This dreamy tropical headpiece is built on a lightweight foam base that is 100% handmade! The bird is a paper and wire reproduction from one of my original carnival style paintings. Each piece has double tie elastic, to fit a wide variety of head shapes and sizes. These headpieces are made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for pick up. Please allow 4 weeks for orders of 6 or more.
